All animals, with the exception of aquarium type fish, must be screened and approved by Blessing Community.
If no animal is owned at the time this agreement is signed, a No Pet Affidavit must be completed.
If an animal is acquired during tenancy prior to acquiring the animal a Pet Agreement must be completed.
