Blessing Community was founded by Kip Lewis and has grown into one of Central Texas' largest RV and manufactured home communities — still locally managed, still focused on the people who live here.
Our story
Built on hospitality, not turnover
What began as a small park has become a community of hundreds of neighbors — retirees, working families, traveling crews and folks passing through on their way across Texas. Some stay a night. Many have stayed for years.
We keep the streets paved and lit, the trash collected, the utilities reliable and the office staffed by people you can find in person. ¡Hablamos Español! — our team serves English- and Spanish-speaking residents alike.
