These guidelines keep the community safe, quiet and well kept for everyone. Have a question about a specific situation? Call the office — we'd rather talk it through.
Applications & deposits
- A background check is required for every adult RV guest.
- $200 lot and electric deposit is due at signing.
- $50 water and wastewater deposit is due at signing.
- Electricity and water/wastewater are metered and billed separately from rent.
- Rent is due on the 1st of each month; the RV guest portal accepts online payments.
RVs & homes
- RVs older than 10 years require photo submission and approval before arrival.
- RVs must be self-contained, in good working order and free of visible damage.
- Sites accommodate most RVs up to 45′ in length.
- Skirting, steps and setup for manufactured homes must meet community standards.
Pets
- Well-behaved pets are welcome; please register them with the office.
- Pets must be leashed at all times outside your site.
- Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets immediately.
- Aggressive animals and excessive barking are not permitted.
Vehicles & parking
- Park only on your own site or in designated guest parking.
- Observe posted speed limits throughout the community — children are present.
- Inoperable or unregistered vehicles may not be stored on site.
- Major vehicle repairs are not permitted on community property.
Guests & quiet hours
- Guests are welcome; RV guests are responsible for their guests' conduct.
- Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am.
- Please keep music, generators and gatherings at a neighborly volume.
Site upkeep
- Keep your site clean, with belongings stored neatly and off the streets.
- Trash is collected weekly; bag and place it out as posted.
- No permanent structures, fences or additions without written approval.
- Report utility issues to the office promptly so we can fix them fast.
