From I-35
Exit onto US 79 (Palm Valley Blvd) and head west, then follow signs toward CR 172. The community entrance is on the right.
From SH 45 / Toll 45
Take the A.W. Grimes Blvd exit and head north, then follow CR 172 to the entrance.
From downtown Round Rock
Head east toward CR 172 — we're about five minutes out, and the last stretch is paved and easy to read on any GPS.
Arriving in a large rig
Our streets are paved and wide, but if you're over 40 feet, give the office a call at (512) 255-3457 before you arrive and we'll route you in the easiest way.
Checking in
Stop by the office at 2504 Co Rd 172 for your site details and gate information. We're open Monday – Friday: 8 am – 5 pm.
Delivery or moving day
Call (512) 255-3457 ahead of time and we'll make sure the route to your site is clear and someone can meet the driver.
