- Going south on I-35, take exit 250A-251 (Hesters Crossing/TX-45).
- Continue on the I-35 Frontage Rd to Hesters Crossing Road; turn right.

- Follow Co Rd 172 to Martin Ave; turn right.
- The Blessing Community Office will be on your left.
From I-35 (south)
- Going north on I-35, take exit 2501-252A (I-35 Bus/McNeil Rd).
- Continue on I-35 Frontage Rd to Hesters Crossing Road; turn left.
- Proceed on Hesters Crossing Rd to Co Rd 172; turn right.
- Follow Co Rd 172 to Martin Ave; turn right.
- The Blessing Community Office will be on your left.
From TX-1 / Mopac (south)
- Going north on TX-1 / Mopac, take TX-45 Toll E toward I-35.
- Follow signs for I-35 S/FM1325/La Frontera Blvd and merge onto Louis Henna Blvd E. Turn left at FM 1325 N/La Frontera Blvd.
- Continue on La Frontera Blvd to Hesters Crossing Rd; turn left.
- Proceed on Hesters Crossing Rd to Co Rd 172; turn right.
- Follow Co Rd 172 to Martin Ave; turn right.
- The Blessing Community Office will be on your left.
